Trademarks, Domains, and Distinguishing Marks

All registered and unregistered trademarks, product or service marks, logos, banners, headers, columns, domains, and any other distinctive marks appearing on this site are the property of Opera Universitaria di Trento (hereinafter referred to as Opera). All rights reserved. They may be used only with the prior written consent of the owner.
Any action reserved to the rights holder by national and international laws regarding trademarks and distinctive marks, carried out without their authorization, will be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

Hyperlink Procedures

Hyperlinks to this site are subject to the prior authorization of Opera, which authorizes the hyperlink under the conditions and specifications set forth below.
1. Anyone wishing to include a hyperlink to this website in their own web pages must notify Opera in advance by sending an email to operauniversitaria@pec.operauni.tn.it, indicating: their name or denomination, their residence or registered office, an email address, the web address of the site in which they wish to insert the hyperlink, and the content and purpose of the site. All changes that involve: the deletion of the link, structural changes to the substantive content and purpose of the site, structural changes to the substantive content and purpose of the site page in which the link has been authorized must also be communicated to operauniversitaria@pec.operauni.tn.it.

2. Hyperlinks to the Opera portal are authorized under the following conditions:

• The hyperlink must be created in such a way that the connection is made exclusively directly and from the first page.
• The hyperlink must not use any Opera trademark, distinctive sign, protected name, or logo, except those authorized by Opera with written consent.
• The hyperlink must not, under any circumstances, cause confusion, even in the most inexperienced user, regarding the ownership of either the site containing the hyperlink or the Opera portal.
• If there is a contractual relationship between the party creating the hyperlink and Opera, the party creating the hyperlink must comply with every provision of the contract.

3. The above conditions must exist both at the time the hyperlink is inserted and at any time thereafter.

4. In fulfilling the above obligations, the owner of the site creating the hyperlink must exercise the utmost diligence.

5. Deep linking, framing, and scraping are prohibited in any case.

6. In any case, creating a hyperlink to the Opera portal constitutes full acceptance of these rules. Opera reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time; it is the user’s responsibility to periodically review this notice.

Use of the Portal

Opera shall not be held liable under any circumstances for damages of any nature, directly or indirectly, caused by the inability or impossibility of accessing it. Opera reserves the right to modify the content of the site and the legal notices at any time and without notice; it is the user’s responsibility to periodically review this notice.

External Linked Sites

Opera assumes no responsibility for sites that can be accessed via hyperlinks within the portal itself, which are provided solely as a service to online users. The fact that Opera provides such links does not imply endorsement of the sites themselves, and Opera declines all responsibility for their quality, content, and graphics. Opera is not responsible for the completeness and accuracy of information obtained by users through accessing external sites linked to its portal. Opera offers no assurances regarding any software present on its portal or on external sites and cannot guarantee their quality, security, or compatibility with your systems.
