For students enrolled in the first year at the University of Trento who have been awarded a grant, the amount due will be paid in two instalments: the first instalment will be paid in December; the second instalment will be paid upon achievement, by 5 August 2023 (by 30 September 2023 for students enrolled in the Conservatory, the degree course in Part-time Business Management, the degree course in Civil Engineering, Environmental and Territorial Engineering, European and International Studies and the single-cycle degree course in Medicine and Surgery), of the number of credits specified in the Call for applications.
(Appendix – Call for applications a.a. 2022/2023).
Attention! Those enrolling in master's degree programs after 31 October 2022 will receive their first grant instalment by February 2023.
For students enrolled in years subsequent to the first year, the grant will be paid in a single instalment in December. In the event of insufficient resources, the payment will be made in two instalments, the first of which in any case in December.
If you are a first-year student, in order not to have to repay the first instalment of the scholarship, which will be paid in December, you must complete and register at least 20 credits (12 credits for the part-time Business Management course) by 5 August 2023. If you are enrolled in years subsequent to the first year, you will have to repay the scholarship that will be paid in December if you give up your studies by 31 March 2023.
If you have been awarded a grant for the academic year 2022/2023 and for part of the academic year you will be involved in grant-funded study mobility (Erasmus+ Study, work experience abroad, thesis research, etc.), you will be able to obtain a non-resident scholarship for the months in which you will be staying in Trento with a rental contract and an resident scholarship for the months in mobility. If, therefore, you have presented a rental contract of at least 10 months by 17 October 2022 and you subsequently participate in the Erasmus+ program, you will be required to repay part of the non-resident grant in the second semester, after the University of Trento has confirmed that you are actually leaving for a foreign country
