The Residence is built with pine panels, which were used to make prefabricated structures that were assembled side by side, like a giant Lego set, to form the building: only the two main staircases and the basement, which houses the car park, are made of concrete.
The apartments, most of which have a bathroom and a balcony, are fully furnished and have Wi-Fi; access to the building and the rooms is controlled by magnetic badges.
There is a fully equipped kitchen on each floor and a gym and a conference room on the ground floor.
Opera Universitaria is responsible for cleaning the common areas and providing linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels and pillows). The linen is changed every ten days at fixed times.
The wireless connection throughout the building is provided by UniTrento and has the same characteristics as the service provided by the University.

The residence is located in the city centre, close to the railway station.
Its location makes it easy to reach all the main areas of the University on foot and, by public transport, the mountain departments.
