The rooms, mostly single rooms with a private bathroom, are well furnished and equipped with wireless internet access; the magnetic badge is necessary  to enter the facility and the rooms.
Each floor has its own fully equipped kitchen, the three gyms (yellow, blue and red) and reading rooms, as well as all common areas.
Opera Universitaria cleans the common areas and provides the linen (sheets, pillowcase, towel and pillow). Linen is changed every ten days at predefined times.
The wireless connection throughout the facility is guaranteed by UniTrento, and works with the same credentials of the service provided in the University.

The student residence can be reached from the city:

• by bus A (circular bus with a terminus in Piazza Dante), 3, 8 and 13, "Verona Questura" stop
• by train, with urban service ticket (San Bartolameo stop on the Trento-Venice line)
• by bicycle (bike path from the train station)
• by car: from Trento south, Madonna Bianca area, following via Menguzzato and viale Verona to the junction on the right with via Malpensada (opposite the Shopping Centre|Health District).
