How to report faults or malfunctions of electrical and plumbing equipment as well as equipment located in Opera Universitaria facilities:
For ABC blocks and the apartments send an email to segnalaguasto@operauni.tn.it.
For EF blocks send an email to studentatofcs@operauni.tn.it
For those living in the Mayer, the report should be made through the special app - currently being tested - following the instructions already provided.
IMPORTANT: IN THE EVENT OF BREAKDOWNS OR EMERGENCIES DURING THE WEEKEND OR ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, OR IN CASES WHERE IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE FROM STAFF IS REQUIRED, PLEASE CONTACT THE FOLLOWING RECEPTION DESKS.
