WHAT IS SUONI LIBERI?

Suoni Liberi is a brand new musical project by Opera Universitaria and Centro Musica, in partnership with Centro Servizi Culturali Santa Chiara. This project allows whoever to perform and share their music!

HOW DOES IT WORKS? 

Everyone can join Suoni Liberi! Just one thing: you have to be an Opera Universitaria user (scholarship, accommodation, but also sport, culture and restaurants!). 

The first part of the project is a Jam Session managed by Centro Musica of Comune di Trento, and a second part with a real performance, coordinated by Opera and Centro Servizi Culturali Santa Chiara.

THE EVENT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

With a stage set up like a real concert, groups and solo singers performed on 19 March in front of about 400 people, bringing all the freshness and energy of their music to Sanbàpolis.

WHAT IS L'ATENEO DEI RACCONTI ABOUT?

Ateneo dei racconti is a competition that allows the students  to take up paper and pen and tell stories, hobbies, fears, experiences, pieces of life, personal episodes.

HOW THE COMPETITION WORKS

First: writing

The 10 best stories are selected by a panel of experts and improved in a two-day workshop. This year the artistic director was the writer Marco Balzano, who shared tools and tricks of professional writing with the finalists.

Then: theatre

The finalists' stories will be presented on the Sanbàpolis stage on three evenings open to the public, on 25 March, 1 April and 8 April.

WHAT IS SUONI UNIVERSITARI? 

Suoni Universitari is a music contest by Opera Universitaria in partnership with Centro Servizi Culturali Santa Chiara, Centro Musica (Comune di Trento), and the university associations Sanbaradio, UniTin, UDU, and Asi Leonardo. 

In the last 18 years Suoni Universitari became an unmissable event for whoever wants to clash on the stage of Sanbàpolis with their original music. This is a memorable experience for the thousands of students joining the organised evenings to support their favourite bands and to listen to the music of the guest groups.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The competition can be joined by solo artists or bands bringing their original music. It is possible to participate by filling a registration form.

Sixteen (16) groups will be chosen by the art director. These will have the opportunity to perform live at Sanbàpolis theatre. 

In addition to the numerous prizes, you will have the possibility of making yourself and your music known to industry professionals.

EVENINGS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Four evenings at the theatre, where the real match between the competing groups will take place. During the final concert the winner of the current edition will be declared. Moreover, every year many guests will make each evening even more entertaining!
